Masing-masing karyawan perusahaan memiliki Nomor Induk Karyawan atau yang biasa dikenal dengan NIK dan bersifat ternyata format pembuatan NIK tidak ada aturan bakunya lho, masing-masing perusahaan memiliki format yang berbeda. Tidak ada aturan yang wajib mengatur bagaimana format apa yang harus ada dalam NIK, karena tiap perusahaan tentu saja memiliki tujuan serta kebijakannya tersendiri. Sebelum kita mengetahui format NIK yang umum dipakai oleh perusahaan, kita perlu mengetahui terlebih dahulu tujuan adanya NIK.
